A Colorful Salad

Ingredients
  • 8 cups Fresh Spinach and Arugula
  • 2 Breasts Grilled or Baked Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 cup Sunsweet Dried Cranberries
  • 1 cup each Chopped carrots, celery, cucumbers, and tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp. each Flax Seeds and Sesame seeds
  • 2 eggs Hard boiled egg
  • 1/2 cup Black Olives Sliced
Instructions

Put greens in a bowl. Add all other ingredients. Pick whatever dressing you like. (I think it's best with Southwest Ranch.) Mix and enjoy!
