- 1 box caramel cake mix
- 8 oz. Cream cheese...room temperature
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Sunsweet dried apricots Chopped
- 1 cup White chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Chopped pecans
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Preheat oven to 375. Pour cake mix in a mixing bowl. Add egg n room temperature cream cheese n vanilla, stir together. Add rest of ingredients n mix together. On a lightly spayed baking sheet place a tbsp of dough about 2 inches apart n bake for 10 minutes.
Optional.....while still warm, as u put on a platter, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
