Blueberry Banana Date Holiday Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 2 Sunsweet Dates
  • 1 Cup Blueberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 TBSP Almond Butter
  • Pinch Cinnamon
  • Pinch Cardamom
  • 2 Cubes Ice
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions

Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend well. Pour into glasses. Garnish with frozen blueberries. So delicious and healthy! Helps offset all the holiday "treats" we eat during the holidays!
