Breakfast Bread Pudding

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Sunsweet raisins
  • 1/2 cup Sunsweet Dried Cranberries
  • 10 slices white bread
  • 6 eggs
  • 3/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 6 oz canned milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
Instructions

Soak the raisins and cranberries in water with 2 tbsp sugar. For 1 hour.
Beat eggs well add canned milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, 1 and 1/2 tbsp butter. Add remaining sugar beat well. Drain raisins and cranberries add to egg mixture.
Cube bread put into 8 x 8 baking dish. Pour egg mixture onto bread stir gently. Let sit 30 minutes. Bake at 350° in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
