Fall chicken casserole

Ingredients
  • 3 Sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Sunsweet dried cranberries
  • 1 cup Brussels sprouts
  • 3 Chicken breast
  • 1 each Cumin, salt pepper paprika, wild rice
Instructions

Sauté chicken with salt and pepper
Sauté veggies until soft
Add cooked wild rice to baking pan
Add chicken and veggies to pan and season
Top with almonds
Bake 350 for 15 min
