- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 15 Sunsweet Dates
- 8 oz. Pecan Pieces/Halves
Set oven to 350.
Combine almond flour, syrup and vanilla together. This is the crust!
Press down in 8 x 8 pan and bake at 350 for 15 minutes
Combine dates in food processor. Add a bit of water if needed to make it a paste.
Once consistency seems dough-y, add in entire bag of pecan pieces and stir with date paste to combine.
Once crust has cooled at least 30 minutes, put date/pecan mixture on top and bake for 15 minutes.
These pecan pie bars are healthy, delicious, and nutritious!
