Heavenly Lemon Cake

Ingredients
  • 1 box Lemon cake mix
  • Desired amount of Sunsweet Dried Cranberries
  • 2/3 Cup Vegetable oil
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Can Apricot nector
  • 4 eggs
Instructions

Mix cake mix with oil, sugar and nector. Stir in cranberries. Add eggs one at a time and beat for 30 seconds for each egg added. Beat for three minutes on medium speed. Bake in bundt pan for one hour at 325 degrees. Let cool one hour.
Mix juice of one lemon with a cup powdered sugar, and pour over top of cake for glaze.
