Prune and Scrambled Egg Breakfast

Ingredients
  • 2 Whole eggs
  • 1 1/2 t Coconut oil
  • 3 Garlic cloves cut
  • 1 T Mexican blend cheese
  • 4 Sunsweet Prunes
  • 1/4 t Tumeric powder
  • 1/12 t Black pepper
  • 1/12 t Cayenne pepper
  • dash Sea salt
Instructions

Heat oil in cast iron skillet. When oil is hot, saute garlic pieces. Wisk eggs and add to pan. While scrambling, add the spices and salt. After eggs are done, transfer to plate and add the cheese. Garnish plate with the four SunSweet Prunes. Enjoy the prunes after the eggs.
