Savory Cranberry topping

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Sunsweet dried cranberries
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Sherry
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • Pinch Salt
Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients in pot and bring to low boil. Bring down heat to simmer stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes or until slightly thickened and glossy. Cool to room temperature before using.
