- 6 oz Sunsweet Chopped, Pitted Dates
- 1/4 c Water
- 1/4 c, packed Light Brown Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
Combine dates, water, sugar. Cook over medium heat until consistency of jam. Stir in cinnamon and ginger. Cool.
Serve on Melba rounds or gingersnaps.
