Spicy Sweet Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 cup Sunsweet Prunes
  • 8 Very Ripe Plums
  • 1 cup, tightly packed Fresh Spinach
  • 1 cup Oats, dry
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Ginger, ground or fresh
  • 1/4 tsp or to taste Cayenne (optional!)
Instructions

1. Place ingredients in blender in the order shown.
2. Add more milk if needed to get to desired consistency.
3. For a colder smoothie, place in fridge for one hour.
