- 2 cups Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/2 cup Sunsweet Prunes
- 8 Very Ripe Plums
- 1 cup, tightly packed Fresh Spinach
- 1 cup Oats, dry
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Ginger, ground or fresh
- 1/4 tsp or to taste Cayenne (optional!)
1. Place ingredients in blender in the order shown.
2. Add more milk if needed to get to desired consistency.
3. For a colder smoothie, place in fridge for one hour.
