Sunsweet smoothie bowl

Ingredients
  • 2 Frozen bananas
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • I-2 tsp Blue spirulina powder
  • 3 or more Sunsweet dates
  • 3 or more Sunsweet apricots
  • 3 or more Sunsweet prunes
Instructions

1 Place 2 or more bananas in the freezer at least over night
2 remove 2 frozen bananas, peel and slice them, put them in a blender or food processor
3 add almond milk, soy milk or cow's milk, it's up to you, about 1/2 - 1 cup.
4 add 1-2 tsp of spirulina powder into the blender and blend
5 empty into a small bowl and place sunsweet products all around the top of the smoothie bowl
Enjoy with a spoon!
