Sweet soup

Ingredients
  • 5 cups Water
  • 1/4 Cup Tapioca small pearl ( the one you don’t soak)
  • 1 cup Sunsweet prunes chopped
  • 1 cup mixed dried fruit chopped
  • 1/2 cup Sunsweet raisins, cranberries, cherries or a mixture of all
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbs Lemon juice
Instructions

In a heavy bottomed saucepan add all ingredients except lemon juice boil on medium-high until tapioca is clear and fruit is tender. Remove from heat add lemon juice,
Can eat warm or cold can serve with our without whipping cream, our pour cream on top
Refrigerate for up to a week
