Thanksgiving Stuffing

Ingredients
  • 9 cups Bread Crumbs
  • 3 cups Grammy Smith Apples, diced
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cup celery
  • 3/4 cup onion
  • 1 cup Sunsweet Dried Cranberries
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sage
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
Instructions

Melt the butter in a large pot/dutch oven. Add the celery and onion and cook until slightly soft. Remove from the heat. Stir in the seasonings and then add the bread crumbs. If you need more moisture you can add a little chicken broth to soften the bread crumbs. Once they are all combined you can then add the apples and dried cranberries. Mix well and enjoy.
