- 2 cups Dried Pancake Mix
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups 2% or whole milk
- 1 Large egg
- 1 cup Whipped cream
- 1/2 cup Sunsweet Philippine Pineapple
- 1/8 cup Sunsweet Thai Coconut chips
- 1 cup Maple syrup
Start by mixing your favorite dry pancake mix. Follow instructions on package and stir in Philippine pineapple chunks. Cook on pancakes grill until golden brown. Take your whipped topping and mix in the Thai coconut chips. Top your delicious pancakes with the coconut whipped cream. Add some maple syrup and enjoy!
